A Child's Key Person

Each child is allocated a key person, who plays a vital role in a child’s life, is consistent, sensitive and responsive to the child’s needs. They engage, interact and connect with a child and their family. They also observe, assess, record and plan.

Children learn by being active, organising their own learning experiences, using language and interacting with others.  These essential skills ensure success for each child as s/he commences the climb up the Bridgewater School ladder to G.C.S.E. and A level.
