Welcome to the EYFS section of Bridgewater School’s website.

The EYFS is part of the Prep Department which includes all children from 3 to 11 years.

The EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) encompasses those children aged 3 to 5 years and we have have an EYFS Coordinator who oversees the children's transitions from home to school and then on to KS1.

We are a one form entry throughout the Preparatory Department.

Early Years gives the children the full and positive experience of school as they make the transition from Kindergarten into Reception and then into Key Stage 1.
