Bridgewater school were proud to host this year’s ISA North High Five Netball Tournament 2010. Over 80 students from 9 schools from across the region fiercely competed against each other for this year’s trophy and Championship title. As well as obviously demonstrating a high level of skill for the game of netball, students were also aiming to play within the true spirit of the game to win the ‘Fair Play’ award. This year’s Fair Play award went to Loreto Prep, with The Grange School in Cheshire winning the overall tournament and regaining their Championship title. Well done to all of the Prep V and Prep VI students who played, to the Y10 students who helped with the organisation of the tournament on the day and to Kirstin Jones from Y13 who umpired all of the Bridgewater matches in preparation for her A Level PE practical exam.
